2008 Exhibition Livestock General Rules and Regulations
Total Premiums Offered $53,681.00
(All Times Listed Are DST)
1. All Exhibitors must purchase an $10.00 Exhibitors Ticket to enter in any department. First and Last Name must be printed on Exhibitor’s Ticket. This ticket may be used as a paid gate admission into the fair all week long.
2. In addition, all entry fees for individual departments must be paid by the exhibitor.
3. Junior Exhibitors with campers will be charged $25.00 for assigned spot.
4. Entries in the Junior Livestock Show must be in the hands of Department Superintendent, by 6:00 p.m. Saturday, July 5th.
5. Entries for Fine Arts Department received from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6th.
6. Entries for Textile and Hobbies received from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 6th.
7. Entries for Culinary, Agriculture, Horticulture, and Floriculture departments received from 8:00-11:00 a.m. on Monday,
July 7th.
8. All judges decisions are final.
9. Pick-up entries and premium checks from exhibitors building from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 13. Fair is not responsible for any entries left after 2:00 p.m. No early pick-ups or checks will be forfeited.

Entry fees on winning entries can not be deducted from premium checks as in the past.
